A payment link will be sent to the client through the website.
The appointment is not considered confirmed until payment is completed.
Payment must be completed before 8:00 PM on the day prior to the appointment.
If payment is not completed on time, the booking will be automatically canceled and offered to another client.
Full refund: Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the session.
50% refund: Cancellation made at least 2 hours before the session.
No refund: Cancellation made less than 2 hours before the session or in case of no-show.
Rescheduling follows the same timing rules.
Clients should arrive on time to avoid reduced session duration.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the center may cancel the appointment and charge the full session fee.
Clients must provide accurate and complete health and medical information.
The center is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
